» silvan - More Time Cooks

Great suggestions, Leda!

I'd like to recommend a kit called More Time Cooks, which provides menus, recipes and grocery lists for six weeks of meals. Although it uses a few exotic and non-seasonal products, it's carefully planned to reduce your grocery costs while providing a nice variety of meals. You can choose to do the lunches and dinners or just dinners. Preparation is simple, in most cases can be done using a microwave and stovetop, and never requires more than 15 minutes per meal. Unfortunately the publisher is sold out of the family and vegetarian editions. I use the singles and couples edition, which is still available. A new special edition will be out for Mother's Day 2002. Since I work at home, the lunches are great. The food is interesting and tasty, and is geared to a common sense low fat diet.
