I joined this site after searching for apple-peel jelly recipes. This is the only link I found with yet another link to Sue Neitzel's Apple Peel Jelly recipe. When I clicked the link, however; I was unable to connect to her page. I thought it was because I was not a member but that doesn't seem to be a problem since I have obviously signed up. (There are some great recipes and advice in here.)Anyway, does anyone have the recipe or another Apple-Peel Jelly recipe? I decided to wing it and think I did OK but I'd like to have the recipe. It would also be useful to my husband who asks me how to cook things, i.e. how much of this? & how much of that? I am not much help to him because I cook by taste and consistency and never really by measurement.
Thanks for any help. I sure do appreciate it.
