I am making a few rice pillows for my family for their misc aches and pains. The pillows call for dried herbs and essential oils. I checked all around town today and noone knows what these are. Leaving me wondering how fabric stores can survive not knowing hahahahaa. I would appreciate anyones help on this subject. What kind of information would you like to know? I have made the rice pillows, and made pretty casings to put them in. I used 100% cotton to make the rice pillows in, to microwave them for heat. But I find that I would use baby flannel to make them next time. Baby flannel would give more of a moist heat effect. I use EO to fragrance them. The casing I made for them was heart shaped in satin, and placed a zipper inside. Next time I will leave the zippers out and make a self hid folded opening.-- posted by sandraj
