Fully agree w/everything you say abt their beauty and prolific blooms. I live in Cent. FL (zone 9)but have not used the time-release Osmocote, instead,I've been using fish emulsion(v.diluted)but only occasionally unless we've had excessive rain. They get adequate sun (east facing),leaves are green & healthy, but no blooms for the last 2 yrs. altho the galangal, shell & cone or costus have been prolific.Pls.help. Thanks a bunch, Sue
