tell me something about the breeding habit of bala sharks: BALA SHARKS & PLECOSTOMUS

I have an 180 gallon tank with sand and gravel and live plants.It has mollies,swordtails,platies,guppies,danios,albino corys, glass catfish, colie loaches, a frog, c. algae eaters, upsidedown catfish, clown loaches along with 5, 7 to 8 inch bala sharks and 1 common plecostomus and 2 chocolate albino plecostomus's. My questions,1. the older chocolate plecostomus is removing all the sand and gravel out from under a ceramic tile shelf I made at one end of the tank and the common one is helping part of the time, what gives with this action. 2. Two of the bala sharks have been rubbing up against each other and twisting around with each other for about 2 weeks now. Any suggestions on what to do if anything. thank you JIM
