If you have any sailing or customer service (hotel, restaurant, catering, etc.) experience, the biggest pleasure yachting harbor in Europe is in Antibes, just between Cannes and Nice. They're always looking for seasonal help, and because the yachts are registered off-shore, there's no pesky work permits to deal with.
