you're right, it wasn't that bad at all. it was all really relaxed so I wasn't that nervous. Now i just have to wait to see if i was accepted!

but i have a question, how bad is it if we miss the first orientation meeting? i'm going to be on vacation...

You'll be fine. They only do this to prepare you for the future. Trust me, these things help in college. I have had to do one oral report and give a speech already. People to People has helped me greatly in getting me prepared for school.
