In response to message posted by JButler:I'm glad that you like the series Joy - it gives me a great feeling of having accomplished my objective and so very encouraged by your comments. I hope that you will keep reading as running is seemingly a very simple activity but in fact is a subtle multi-faceted blend of several activities.
