» Rhunadan - Hobbits make funny Celts

I'm sorry, but when you compared Hobbits with Celts, I got stuck with an image of Bullroarer Took charging into battle naked, his body dyed bright blue. smile

Me and my friend got the image of Frodo naked painted half blue and white with both arms in the air yelling charge. Then Legolas looking at him and saying, "thats bigger than mine. No fair."

Horrible!! ;)

Or Brandybucks on a cattle raid against the Breelanders? Or Pippin with a spiky hairstyle (the Celts used powdered wet chalk to make their hair stand) and a gold torc on his neck?

Celts used to have eating contests too, but that's in keeping with Hobbit customs.

Still, Asterix would qualify, he's short enough.

So do Dwarves, apparently. Why can't Gimli speak with a fake German accent? Or a Welsh accent?
