I was thrilled to encounter this wonderful
article as the history of the Titanic has
long been a passion of mine. As a matter of
fact, I had applied to be Titanic editor, but
found out later they already had someone who
deals with that topic.sad

To read a fascinating story on Michel Navratil,
Sr., a casualty, click here:

Keep me posted as to when you post Titanic
articles, if you have a mailing list. Also, if
you ever need Halifax photos or photos of the
graves of Titanic survivors or casualities, let
me know. Next Saturday, we are going to
photograph Molly Brown's grave in Westbury,
Long Island and already have many others in
our files.

» Kassper - 2nd Class passenger Kate Buss

She wasn't one of the famous Titanic passengers, but a passenger nonetheless.

After finally arriving in NY, she and her husband traveled all over the world eventually living in South Africa and later Oregon teaching music to children.

I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting her daughter by pure happenstance at a mall last year and she told me about her mother. I offered to buy her lunch just so I could her talk about her life and her mother's but she turned me down.
