Need help on finding fundraising software

» Prince913 - Fundraising software I do lot of upscale fundraising events as a hobby. My events range from $30,000.00 to as much as $200,000.00 per event and always include dinner, auction, and music. Usual admission is by sponsorship of a table at around $2000.00 and individual tickets at around $200.00 a person. Average attendance at the event ranges from 300 to 1000 persons. I am interested in buying an off the shelf software which can track sponsors, buyers, donors, payment status, seating assignments as well one which easily maintains the data base. If someone wants to write the software for selling, I will be glad to work with the individual or a company. -- posted by Prince913 » sam60 - Re: Fundraising software In response to message posted by Prince913:We have customized a Microsoft Access database to meet our needs. Originally developed by a very SMART high school student, the customized database has grown with our annual auction. We input live/silent auction items, donors, bids (it calculates minimum bids) and create bid sheets. Credit card entries are recorded and invoices can be generated in a matter of minutes. I've often thought that the software could be marketed, but we're going to upgrade shortly and make it even better! Let me know if you're still looking for software, maybe we can talk! -- posted by sam60
