teaching speaking

Hi!
Firstly, i would like to give my regards to all the members of the Community Education and Reference. I'm a newcomer! I've just graduated so i don't think i'm experienced! So, i'd be glad if you may help me in my teaching method!
I've some problems when teaching speaking, especially teaching a conversation. i've managed quite variety activities but i don't think that i'm perfectly successful! could you give me some advice?
