» jerrib - The election ads

are so muddy this year, it takes hip boots to get through them! I'll be glad when the election is over.

Unfortunate for us in Washington State, we sometimes hear the results before our polls even close. We'll be in front of the television watching in earnest and hoping that Bush gets the boot.

There are a lot of local elections going on that make this a most interesting year. I don't think I have ever been this interested in elections since the 60's!

I solved this problem in 1992. I watched a bit of the Republican convention and became so appalled that I turned off the television, and haven't turned it on since then.

I have never regretted giving up television. It's trash, and I have better things to do.

Most of the radio coverage of this election was about negative ads on television. I'm happy to say that I haven't seen one of these in decades.
