» Maureen Fleury - Using Paint

Hi Cheryl:
My kids use the Paint program for making their own wallpaper for their computer. If it's saved as a bmp file, you can retrieve it through the "display" option in Control Panel. When you want to change your wallpaper, just search for the bitmap file. The kids think it's great to see their artwork on the computer!

BTW: Great article!

» ilona53 - HELP

i guess i'm just not computer friendly-grandkids
are great @ this stuff, but i just can't seem to
get the hang of it! i read the help topics(every
single one!!!)/read the dummies books/mags/etc..
can't find a single thing to help me with what is
wrong(as in help me NOW). Example: mouse ball came
out-it screwed up the entire screen-site homepage
shrunk to 1/2(ok in max--but to restore it is 1/2
with no bottom 1/2..main body under address is
gone). nothing about that stuff anywhere! also:
when this happened,it did something to my icon page...2" base(taskbar)...how do i get it to return to original size?-- can't find stuff on
that either... can you help?

» Willow4 - Wow!!

Problems with the computer can be very frustrating! Believe me, I know! The first thing I would recommend is a brand new mouse. You can then manually enlarge this screens. I am a little confused about what exactly not the correct size. As for your task bar you can also manually put that to the correct size. If you want it would probably be easier if you emailed me with some more info. Also you can look around the Suite101.com site and find some more info. There is a ton of info here and well worth the time to look. Good luck and feel free to email me.
