I write an investment newsletter so novel writing software is not something I can comment on but we have not had a single complaint about the product and we've sold many (well over 100) over the past year. It is quite a popular program and the company has given us excellent support. I believe some use the software for small classes as we’ve had as many as 5 sales at a time. This year, don’t just read a bestseller – WRITE YOUR OWN! The only complaints we’ve had are two people who had trouble getting their PC to order and/or download the software. They sent me an email that I forwarded to the owner and he quickly solved their problems! I remember the days when you would budget the same amount for your software as you did for the actual computer. You would spend $3,000 to buy a Windows 3.1 equipped computer with a 100 Meg hard drive and then spend a similar amount on the software! Of course, this was before they were affordable for home use. Now you can buy a fast laptop computer for $700 and get software to write a book on the PC for $50! BTW, buying the software with the above links helps support Suite101.com. We get a very nice commission. This product is also good to check out to keep your PC running fast. Good Luck with your first novel! -- posted by Kirk
