Ah! Herb, I am rubbing my hand for a well worn smack. I was tempted to have a Tassie endemic and decided it may be too hard, so the local reference was for the tree name and so many do come from our American cousins' country - and it was narrowd down to that.

I wasn't fast enough to then write the species was actually Cornus kousa var chinensis. May grow to 20ft, tiered branches, and the picture as photoed.

Now, for being so clever, I will go and format the Tasmanian berry
