» Heather_W - What have you learned?

Are there other lessons to be taken from this case? We've now had surrogates wanting to keep the baby they carried, intended parents not wanting the babies, and a case of a child with 5 people vying to be named - or avoid being named - legal parents... what ELSE can go wrong? What can we do to avoid this? And should the media dedicate some time to sharing the stories of surrogacies that DID work?

» interested24 - Re: What have you learned? AND surrogates for the homosexuals

In response to message posted by Heather_W:

The media almost NEVER puts in a story about something GOOD unless it suits them!

I believe that in general, the surrogates aught to be aloud to keep the child, after all, they did give birth to it! If the intended parents paid money for the baby then they can get a refund, and pay a different surrogate with it. If they don't have the time to wait, then they don't deserve to have the children. I think that THEIR welfare is what really matters.

SURROGATES FOR THE HOMOSEXUALS

Is this really moral? I understand that they are people too, and at least it helps slow the population overflow, but what about those children when they grow up? "Charlie, can I come over your house?" could be a very embarrassing question. We all know what our culture thinks about homosexuality, and how unsympathetic kids are. No doubt they would suffer horrible bullying and end up with severe psychological problems for the rest of their lives.

Goodbye

» Rebel44 - stupid people

who cares if people choose to have babies for homosexuals, as long as their being looked after it doesnt matter. Children wouldnt even know what a homosexual is so i dont see the point of getting so pissed off about it. i being a teenager would not care if my friends parents were homosexual so there :P
