Glad to have you hear magal! I am really happy you are enjoying these. Actually, I'm really enjoying writing them. As far as other texts with a more philosophical appeal, I know that there is at least one - It's by Stephen Galipeau, this Jungian psychologist, and it's called The Journey of Luke Skywalker, subtitled something about an Exploration of Modern Myth and Symbol. It focuses on the original trilogy, and it really goes into too much detail about describing each scene in the old films, but overall it is really good and interesting. If you want something with a lot of cool pics, I would suggest checking out Mary Henderson's Star Wars: The Magic Of Myth, which is kind of giving the mythic background of all the items that were on display in the Smithsonian Exhibit. Galipeau's book can be hard to find, but it is available at Amazon, I know. Henderson's you can find at just about any decent bookstore in the Star Wars section.

Glad you're looking forward to reading some more of these magal. I'm looking forward to writing more. :-)
