» NYCScribe - The Richest Get Richer Still The world's richest baseball team has landed the world's most desired baseball player in Alex Rodriguez. It is now all but assured that George Steinbrenner's Yankees will once again rule supreme, unless some pesky expansion team manages once more to act as David to the Big Apple Goliath. And Boston Red Sox fans will continue to have that crazed look of impossible bad luck in their eyes that has been there ever since Babe Ruth turned out to be pretty good at the plate.
