Hi Denise,

Well, I have certainly been there and done that (not), and probably will visit there again and hopefully not do it again either.

Been around long enought now to see the repercussions of sending out negative energy toward another being; just rebounds on me.

Excellent article, and I though you handled a difficult subject well.

You are certainly right, why would you want to hurt yourself when in time that person would have harm done to themselves. Follow your heart, I realize that the temptation is strong that incident was not the only time in my life where I have felt it.

If you are feeling the pull, put up protection, use the white light that all of us are equipped to use. Call in your spirit guides for assistance. No one can automatically be pulled in we do have a choice, that is why God gave us free will. Use it!

I find when I am initially angery, that anger is really a first form of pain. If i really sit withthe pain, I will strat to see my own responsibility for the situation as presented.

I have, on more than one occasion formed my own "anger balls"..some were sent, some not. All helped me learn to be conscious of those acts, but the energy harnessed with those energy balls can also be channeled in a passive way..to send that enery off into the knowingness of life. Sometimes scenarios occur that we know nothing about, until later on, or after physical death. It changes our viewpoint on the situation.

This article reminds me of how, sometimes, we feel that we are so in control of our life, that we feel that we must "hold the riegns" as if it were a heavy task. But in the end, we can only do what we can do, and then we must let go, and let the universe do the rest for us, knowing that the universe has our interests in mind.

Even when we are not credited for our efforts by others around us during the times we put it forth, there is a certain knowingness that we are spiritually recognized and credited.

Sometimes Karma is "instant", sometimes not.
