» A1_Viking - Thank you for an interesting and informative article. Thank you for an interesting and informative article. I did read elsewhere once where normal playing cards could be used in a similar way to Tarot cards, but did not find out "how" it was done.I hope to learn lots of interesting new things from subscribing to your column, and judging by what I've read tonight, I'm sure it's a good decision. As for the playing the cards there are other layouts that your could use however I'm not sure of what they are. I just find that using the playing cards are easier, especially the seven card layout. If you try it, good luck. Just remember that it is a tool, eventually the more that you practice it eventually you won't need it because it like anything else it is a tool. -- posted by esc85 » MsPersephone - Foretelling Playing Cards Greetings, Denise!Interesting article. It was especially interesting because my grandmother used to use playing cards for telling people's futures. I've always used tarot cards -- never learned to use the playing cards because Grandma died when I was still very young. I always wondered how she used the playing cards for divination. Now I know. Thank you. -- posted by MsPersephone » SexySmurff - Reading Playing Cards Im not going to lie to you, i read the article and i wasnt particularily pleased with it... but it was alright, i completely understand that its difficult to explain how to read cards. Thats where i think that the article fell a little short. I personally read cards, and I just want to add that if ur planning to learn how, totally trust ur intuition to tell u what the cards mean!!!!SexySmurff -- posted by SexySmurff
