It's a shame that there are so many things that you can get only at holiday season. Cranberries are another item. Not sure, but I think those can be frozen before cooking them.
Didn't look for the mini loaf pans today, but I know that you can also get the aluminum ones. Just bake them and wrap them. No pans to wash.
Hope your holidays are great also. Don't forget to P-A-C-E yourself so that you can enjoy it all.
