LOL I'm the same way! No recipes written down for anything. So if the recipe calls for "2 cups" it's because the plop I threw on there "looked like about 2 cups" smile and the reason I use that amount is because the plop granny threw on there looked like 2 cups LOL

I think passing down recipes is very important, and I'm glad that I've got this topic so that I'll finally get a round to it. My nieces will appreciate that I did one day smile

Too bad you have to work on Labor Day! I'll have to eat an extra helping for you until you get a day off to cook all that LOL And yep, any day is a good day to celebrate with food (says the chubby girl from TN) hahahaa I'm always amazed when I begin cooking and people just start showing up by instinct... that's how I got my Dave smile
