» razzmusen - Hey Martine

You know, I like to think I've eaten well outside the Southern genre, but it never ocurred to me until just this minute that there's any other kind of dressing!

You've got our Thanksgiving dinner right down to the "tea", Martine. Even the garden green beans that nobody wants to eat but everybody wants to "have". We still have those, but now they sit alongside the empty dish that held the store bought french-style green beans--drained and sauteed in butter with garlic, mushrooms, and onions. Not traditional, but delicious!

I really enjoyed your article. But I should have eaten first. You made me hungry!
