I use Calyso from Micro Computer Systems, Inc. It cost about $50 when I bought it two years ago but it has been a lifesaver with all the features it provides. It currently costs $25!

I also have to commend their Technical Support, they have helped me several times and have even worked with my ISP to get me working correctly.

Just some of the features are available with other software (even freebies) but I like the ease of use.

• Multiple Mailboxes each with multiple accounts. This allows me to check mail for both my husbands account and mine and not have to bother filtering them into separate folders. We each have our own mailbox. Within my mailbox I have multiple accounts, one for RV Lifestyle, one for personal, one for my side business and several others. This allows me to easily mail as though I were sending from a Yahoo account, my domain account or my personal account. When I send a message, I choose the account ID I want to send from.
  
• Multiple Signatures and I can assign a default signature to each account.
  
• Multiple mailing lists
  
• Mailing lists that can be sent blind. I choose the mailing list once and the message is sent to each person individually - no one sees anyone else's email address on their message.
  
• Auto-Response notes can be set up to be sent out automatically in response to incoming requests.
  
• I can store my mail in multiple folders & sub-folders. I can filter the mail to go into the folders automatically.
  
• Easy sorting of messaqes in each folder - click on the column header and it's done.
  
• Easy to set up junk filter in addition to normal filtering.
