Seems as if I have encountered a site in the U.K.--I am in the U.S.A. but it makes no difference.I am the product of 20 years of administrative volunteerism,many hours and many accomplishments. I find the same basic fault with every non-profit--an inability of the C.E.O. to raise the bar of excellence at no cost,being satisfied with a great job,looking to replicate it,and not caring to listen to some free advise for no-cost betterment.Seems as if you are not paid,why even listen.I could be wrong but you better be listening--you can see the forest for the trees.I have found this to be true with most non-profits. you can go so far,set up so many programs,and then "if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen".For health reasons,my life has been devoted to the betterment of the world,and there are many who,if approached,would do the same.What a loss!!!!-- posted by ketlov
