In the past I have conducted many Creative Programming Workshop for children/adults and found that each individual is a unique being. Therefore as teachers, I believe, we need to become more aware of the psycological make-up within the teaching environment... Creating a learning sphere dictates special talents. Understanding the absolute protential of child/ individuals dictates patience and foresight. Through music, drama and storytelling the full creative potential is allowed to expose its personality for the teacher to observe. It is at this point we may attempt to teach and be taught.
