Thanks Leslie for your comment. It is difficult sometimes for parents and caregivers to know how to develop emotional stability in their young people, mostly because they themselves were not given much of it while they were growing up. I will follow up with some information for parents and caregivers which I hope will be helpful.
The more of us doing this the better things will be for our young people.
