Welcome to the Suite! I've always wanted to learn how to make soap and your instructions are so clear I'm sure my kids and I can do this. Thanks!

» TreasuresPlanted - Great first article, and welcome to Suite101!

Great first article, and welcome to Suite101! I am happy you are here, as I have a Soapmaking book and a melt and pour kit, but I never seem to get around to trying them out! I do hope you will also teach us about some old-fashioned methods. I am particularly glad to have your links, which will hopefully help me out when I need supplies. I couldn't seem to find them in the stores, even though I live in a large town! Hey, maybe that's another article idea? smile

» jerrib - You've already

taught me a bunch! I didn't know soapmaking could be so easy. Now I'll think about trying the method you've outlined here.
