Thanks again Bert.

I have reached this time in my business.
One of the things I had to do was really journal aspects of my contracts. I had to work out why particular aspects became a drain and then plan to prevent the same suituations ocurring in the future.

With murals now I have a questionairre at interview time - if when I read the answers I know the relationship is not right - I can decline graciously before the damage is done.
