What a spooky story. It certainly held my interest. I hope the little octopus was able to survive.

Hey, thanks Neighbor! smile I'll bet there's some pretty interesting stories and Spirits in the North Pole, too, huh? Well, that was a silly question, I've read your work. Maybe sometime I'll be up that way and we can share... smile

Hi Joy,

I know what you mean, I hated leaving him there like that. I'd rather have taken him home, put little octo-splints on him and healed him. smile But, like my hubby said, there's someone to hold one of his 'hands' until he goes Home. smile

Hi Jerri,

How nice of you to read two articles and comment, thank you. I hear you're famous these days, congratulations! smile That's a great rag to be published in. Here's hoping your luck doesn't change!

I actually had that happen to me once when taking pictures. In some of them there where streaks of light. Someone said my camera must have a light leak but I know it didn't because not all the pictures had them, not even most of the ones taken after the first where the streak appeared. It was a disposable though. Anyway very cool story, I truely enjoyed reading it.

Wow, Jeanette,

If you still have any of those pics, I'd love to see them! smile I have a slew of 'em, I collect them. These are the only ones we've taken that have such brilliant color. It was a fun evening and we'll be going back with a tape recorder soon. smile
