In response to Pills posted by humorous_sage:When the Docs told me I had Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea, they advised me not to use sleeping pills or any substance that would cause me to get groggy and fall asleep. If I sleep without my mask and CPAP, then there is a good chance I will not wake up. Anyone with Sleep Apnea should avoid sleeping pills.
