I guess I was one of the lucky ones. While working graveyard, I was able to get a good nights sleep in only twelve hours.

I found working straight midnights were a bit better than a rotating shift. But now with my sleep apnea and old age, my sleep patterns are all shot to H*ll!

Sleep apnea doesn't bother my snoozing. I wear a sweat band over my mouth to keep from catching flies and the CPAP machine lulls me to sleep with "white" noise.
