» humorous_sage - Snoozeland Thanks for the tips. The one I have the hardest time with is relaxing an hour before going to bed. We watch the news and the news is seldom relaxing these days. Bad habits are hard to get rid of. C'est la vie.-- posted by humorous_sage » Sir_Bulldog - Re: Snoozeland In response to Snoozeland posted by humorous_sage:I try to read a boring book before bedtime. It seems to work well. LOL! -- posted by Sir_Bulldog » humorous_sage - Re: Re: Snoozeland In response to Re: Snoozeland posted by Sir_Bulldog:One great thing that I have working for me is my CPAP machine. It makes wonderful "white" noise and helps me drift off. Once I awake, however, it's hard to go back to my snooze. I start thinking too much -- like how can I turn my 110th birthday into a great article. I get many good writing ideas while half asleep. -- posted by humorous_sage » tamara_peters - Re: Re: Re: Snoozeland In response to Re: Re: Snoozeland posted by humorous_sage:Jim, thanks for the great tips. I tried emailing you about submitting this article to the Stress Management 101 Event, but the email bounced back because of "permanent fatal errors"? Not too sure what that means. :O Hope you will submit this article. It's just what I'm looking for. By the way, I'm an expert at mismanaging stress. Hank -- posted by humorous_sage
