- Gettin' Over It
Hey there, Bren. I hear ya. And you're right-- it ain't easy. I'm sorry you're having to go through it again. Eat something healthy & drink lots of cool water & get some good sleep if you can. I tend to chain smoke and drink coffee & not eat when I go through a breakup-- all things which make it harder to relax and rest and heal... be good to you. Big ol' hug,
