» Bob_Ewing - sweet grass

Greetings, I've been working with sweet grass for some time now. I was introducd to it by a local medicine woman. My home is never without at least one braid. Thanks for the article.

You are very welcome!

There's something to be said about being given a gift. Having sweetgrass given to me has made it so much more sacred than having bought it in a store.

You thanking me for writing is also a gift that i feel very special to have been given.

Thank you smile
Anne

Most garden stores will have the seeds or have order them for you. You can also try online retailers such as Richters (see "online herbs" in my links section) can provide seeds and seedling plants.

Once the plants are growing and ready to harvest remember to havest them by cutting them from just above the ground. This leaves the roots intacted and the grass will keep on growing and the grass will also spread out.

Good luck,
Anne
