John

I would love to see a flower of Littonia modesta.

The nursery I work for here in B.C., Canada occasionally imports bulbs, corms and tubers for growing on in pots. I've never heard of this flower but it may be of interest to my boss.

We also grow Sandersonia aurantica (and plant the pointy ends up), lots of Eucomis varieties and other bulbs, but really our main focus is perennials and vines. Anything that is new and different and has a chance of survival in our relatively mild and wet climate is of interest.

We grow all the plants of for sale to the local market only, including Vancouver, Victoria B.C. and surrounds. We don't actually ever do any mail order.

You can contact me here or at jojo@suite101.com. If you want you can e-mail the picture to either Marge or myself and we can post it here.
