Webzine (sort of) on Suite 101
This archived discussion is "read only".
» BuckyRea - Ahem Rickey, I like your topic here. It seems almost perfectly suited to the S101 format by serving as an informative and independent hub to many of the zines on-line.I want to let your readers know that I actually am running a webzine of sorts on my S101 topic page. What I mean by that is that I'm using my site to epublish short genre fiction by other authors on my site, presenting a new story once a month. The only problem is that I've been lacking for an appropriate quality of submission (being a non paying venue, of course). I even had to skip putting out a July story! But not to worry, I've got two fantastic stories lined up for August and September. I'm posting this here in hopes of picking up a new reader or two and, even moreso, in hopes of picking up a new submission or two from one of your regulars. I've got submission guidelines on my bulletins section, so anyone interested in the emerging subgenre of alternate history is strongly encouraged to check out the site and send me a story or two for review. Thanks, -- posted by BuckyRea
