» BuckyRea - A shame

It's been a while since I've visited EH, but I completely agree with your assessment that it is one of the most visually pleasing genre sites on the web. I'm sorry to see it fading from sight.

If it's any consolation to your or your fellow sci fi readers, I'm currently using my Suite 101 topic page to epublish short fiction in a related genre--Alternative History. OK, it's usually called "alternate history," but I'm being persnickety about definitions for right now.

In any event, since alt-history is a related genre to sci fi (AH authors tend to also do SF) in the area of "speculative fiction," I thought that you and your readers at the Suite might like to check out the stories I've published so far. I'm also starting a three part serial on the 1st of May.

Of course I'll never equal the standards of Event Horizon, but I'm proud to be making what little difference I can.
