» Red - enjoyed your article... Michael,I enjoyed reading this article. Those strawberries and cream brought back memories of the farm. Grandma often served strawberries and cream. Strawberry short cake is another great dessert. An easy way to make this is to buy angel food cake and then add the strawberries. This can also be served with cream, or a dollop of whipped cream.
