Now that I have time, I am replying. I very much enjoy salads, and while today’s was quite simple, I frequently get a bit carried away with salads. They take a bit of time, but are well worth it when the eating starts! Thanks for the salad recipes and thanks, too, for bringing Jerri’s post back to the top of the list. That’s where she should be. Hello Dan, I know what you mean about the salads. It almost takes a bit of restraint to know when you've added enough to your salad. I appreciate your input, and yes, Jerri is one of the best discussion post contributors we have here; her place at the top of the list is rightly hers. -- posted by Michael Vyskocil
