Hello Michael,

I made a salad for lunch today, and thought of your discussion thread when I did so. Now that I have time, I am replying.

I very much enjoy salads, and while today’s was quite simple, I frequently get a bit carried away with salads. They take a bit of time, but are well worth it when the eating starts!

Thanks for the salad recipes and thanks, too, for bringing Jerri’s post back to the top of the list. That’s where she should be.
