» Linda_Gettmann - Diving Healthy Hi Jerri,Yes and I have followed my own advise and lost 25 lbs and walk 2 miles several days a week. We just got back from a dive trip and it was so much more enjoyable to not feel like a stuffed sausage in my wetsuit and to be able to easily bend over and put on my booties and fins! Leg strength has improved remarkably too, it doesn't take much to make a real difference, especially noticeable when I had to swim against a current for a bit -- -- posted by Linda_Gettmann
