I am interested in making German bread recipes in my bread machine. After returning from a bike tour of Germany, I found that I just loved their breads and want to make them but can't find the recipes anywhere. Anyone have any suggestions?

Here are a few sites that might help: www.recipezaar.com and baking.about.com

A couple of warnings though--the grain, water, ovens and a lot of other things in Germany are different, so the bread you bake is not going to ever taste exactly the same. However, these sites, if they have the recipes, will get you as close as you can get
