» CulinaryJen - Yum! This sounds great!I just spent 12 years in a tofu environment, and have eaten a lot of recipes like this! It is fantastic, because you would never know that it was tofu. I made a chocolate cream pie from tofu and everyone who ate it LOVED it. Funny part was that when I told them tofu was in it, theylost interest.
