I'm having the first one for dinner tonight !!!
It's the cheese, it's the cheese!!!!!

And have you tried just broiling a chicken breast, (spicing it up a bit) heating some mushroom soup, adding the soup to the drippings.
Placing the chicken breast on a bed of white rice (cooked of course) pouring the "mushroom gravy" over both the rice and the chicken, then lightly sprinkling parmesan cheese over the chicken. Adding a bit of broccoli around the edge for flavor and color contrast and mmmm mmmm good !!!
