» agustinongpinoy - The Gospel of God's Liberating Love In response to message posted by rahunter_nf:The only passage that really points to "Love" in Galatians is Gal. 2:20: "...the Son of God who loved (agaphsantoV me, in the participle form) me and gave himself up for me." In the following verse, that love is identified with the "grace of God." (v.21). This statement is carried on in the doctrinal part of Galatians by virtue of 3:1 ("Before your very eyes Christ was portrayed as crucified..."). And Christ crucified will be one of the major arguments of Paul in setting forth his gospel in 3:13-14). But I won't force the issue -- even I am disatisfied with the title. Perhaps I can leave that for a discussion in the next article. Thanks for responding. -- posted by agustinongpinoy
