» Jenn Greenleaf - This is very helpful!

This is very helpful! The nights are worse for me than the days . . . can't calm my mind enough to really rest sometimes. I'll give this a try.

We live a short driving distance from New York; in fact the acrid smell reached us yesterday. Quite a few local people were lost in the tragedy. I can't even begin to relate the heart-wrenching stories from schools and communities. I find myself getting nervous when I hear planes flying over that sound too low, or worrying if a helicopter is responding to a new attack or threat. I'm getting a growing feeling of hopelessness and helplessness, and I don't feel safe anytime. This is not like me at all, and I don't like it. I'm going to try your teas, Lauri, and thank you for the helpful suggestions. Are there any herbals that help life one's spirits, something along the lines of an antidepressant?

Thanks for your article.
Anita
