You have as many good ideas as I have poor questions like:

1. What is the average take for an unknown's ebook?

2. How many hits can one expect to get?

Hi Hank
Check some of the web page builders and also the Moneybookers.com - Paypal for how you can arrange for monies to be received into your account.
To build a page is really easy and all you have to be aware of is the keywords for when someone does a search, the more you enter the more hits you will receive.
Also Moneybookers has companies which operate along side and have an ebook outlet.
You should expect 100-150 hits minimum weekly if you are well presented.
Let me know what you think.

David.

Very interesting.

What key words are apt to bring the most hits? I am completely lost when it comes to picking the right bait and hooks.

Hi Hank
For key words look for words in the script and subject to the title which people may look for in a target search, the most relevant to the topic. Take the most obvious and relevant to achieve the greatest result. For example look at the readers needs. They are looking for Science Fiction with action, dimension, abstract, suspence, alternative reality. Thats your key words.
Good luck
David.

Thanks for the tips. I'll try to make use of them although I'm not writing SF very much any more.
