Dear Ian,
What are we going to do without your site? I have found it very helpful and informative. Hope you won't dismantle it altogether! Your experience and ideas have been incredibly beneficial. I'm really going to miss you. I have also connected with a few people from your guest book who have been very helpful as well.

I have been very busy with recovery from alcohol addiction. I have 22 days sobriety and am starting a day treatment program next week. It's not easy to get off of alcohol or other substances when suffering from a disease such as ours.

Congratulations on your Mayor's Award, which is richly deserved. Good luck in your job and voluntary endeavors!
